FREE SHIPPING
All items with the exception of hard suitcases are shipped free of charge to most countries in the world. Hard cases will be shipped at a subsidised rate, with the cost confirmed before checkout.
PACKING
We ship within 1 business day after we receive your payment. Items are carefully packed in bubble-wrap then sealed in strong plastic wrap to protect against adverse weather. Items may be naturally folded in-order to ship.
SHIPPING
Shipping is by insured, tracked, signed for post or can be collected by arrangement.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Buyer pays any additional charges for import duties, taxes. These charges are not included in the item price. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what any additional costs will be prior to making an offer or buying. Charges are normally collected by the delivering courier. The Classy Bag Shop may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
RETURNS
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the shipment date and items must be received back within 21 days of our shipment date. Items received after 21 days cannot be returned. Items must be returned in the same condition with any security tags intact and include any accessories. Returns must be protected with padding and a waterproof cover. In-order to avoid returns please study the detailed images and sizes carefully as they form a major part of the description.
